Comcast tech support guy falls asleep on customer's couch

LinkA Comcast technician apparently had a long night before going to replace my cable modem. After spending over an hour on hold with Comcast's central office to activate the modem, he fell asleep. I made a video commemorating Comcast's high quality customer service.
