Brazil's digital rights/open source -- MP3 of panel discussion
The Austrian digital arts collective monochrom teamed with the Austrian Green Party and put on a panel discussion about Brazil's open source and digital rights programme, and have just posted an MP3 of the talk. The guests were Claudio Prado, Coordinator of Digital Policy of the Ministry of Culture of Brazil, Eva Lichtenberger, Member of European Parliament, Marie Ringler, Member of the City Parliament of Vienna, Culture and Technology, hosted by Michel Reimon.
