I just posted scans from an extremely rare book by Milt Gross. It's a tour guide to New York City that Gross drew in 1939 for the New York World's Fair. Gross was one of the greatest comic artists who ever lived, and this book contains some of his best work. This is the only copy I've ever come across, so I wanted to make sure to post it so everyone could enjoy it. What Weegee's Naked City was to the front page story of New York City in its golden age, this book is to the funny papers version. It's that important. I'll be posting more images from it on Friday.
