Japanese TV show about cat that loves human milk

I'm not really sure what is going on here, but if I had to guess I'd say it was a segment from a Japanese TV show where the producers took a cat around to different women asking them if they'd allow the cat to suckle their breasts. That's entertainment! (NSFW?)
