Hitler collected anti-Hitler cartoons
According to Craig Yoe, who has written a book called Weird But True Toon Factoids (in the style of the old Ripley's Believe it or Not series), "Hitler enjoyed collecting anti-Hitler cartoons and even requested originals including one by David Low. And then Hitler was behind a book publication of these cartoons (with commentary about how they were 'wrong.'" Link
