A British Stormtrooper in Tokyo

Sean Ness, my colleague at the Institute for the Future writes, "There's a British guy in Tokyo named Danny Choo, who likes to take a Stormtrooper outfit and walk around the city: on the train, in Akihabara, etc... I'm sure if he had done this in the US, he'd be arrested for having the toy blaster." Or shot and killed!
