Jell-o turkey facsimile

Boing Boing pal Danielle Spencer bought a turkey-shaped (okay, actually, cornish-game-hen-iform) gelatin mold, then whipped up this uncannily realistic faux Thanksgiving spread. She used Jell-o and condensed milk for her gelatinous bird, but those of vegan persuasion could produce similar results with something like agar-agar (non-animal-based jelling agent) and soymilk (to create the cloudy, opaque look that fools the eye).
