The Broken Record CD released today

Mike Langlie, lead member of Twink ("The Toy Piano Band!") sent me a copy of his delightfully feverish vintage kiddie-song mashup CD. It just came out today, and you an hear sample MP3s on the site. The overall design of the CD is gorgeous, too! This is the first contemporary CD I've been excited about in a long time.

Bits and pieces from hundreds of vintage children's records mix with modern beats for a deliriously fun time. Bizarre kiddie music mash-ups for adventurous listeners. You've never heard kiddie music like this before!
