New Tim Biskup book: The Jackson 500 Volume One
David and I are huge fans of artist Tim Biskup. (Previous Boing Boing entries about Biskup.) He cranks out wonderful art blindingly fast. How does he do it? One way is by painting a lot of tiny paintings, such as the ones found in The Jackson 500 Volume One. This book reproduces the first 100 business-card sized paintings in a series of 500 paintings. Many of these tiny paintings became the basis for larger paintings and prints. I stand in awe. Link
