FCC: NBC's "Law and Order" shoot was out of order

Boing Boing reader Ralph says,
The FCC has busted NBC for unliscensed radio transmissions. NBC was using transceivers that were broadcasting on New York's public safety frequencies while filming an episode of Law and Order.
