Textbook ads, circa 1936
Apropos of yesterday's post about Canadian textbook publishers soliciting ads to go inside schoolbooks, Karl sez, "immediately I thought of this little textbook I've got here. It's the 1936 edition of the Domestic Science Handbook, and it's riddled with advertising. So I put up a few scans of it, to show that advertising in textbooks has certainly happened in the past."
