Orphan Works reply comments

Gavin sez, "The U.S. Copyright Office has posted the reply comments to their orphan works inquiry. Here are the direct links to some big names:" "The word is, the CO will hold hearings on the issue this summer, and release a report by the end of the year. That's when we'll see what the Copyright Office plans to do about the problem -- and what we have to take to Congress. We'd do well not to let this die. Fixing the orphan works problem is exactly the sort of "meaningful copyright reform" the U.S. needs." (Thanks, Gavin!)
