Even if you don't read Czech, step-by-step snapshots like this and the word "menstruovat" all over the page gives you an idea of what these folks have planned for the hapless plastic icon: drill a hole where no holes currently exist, pump her full of red Campari, and voilá: "Menstruující Barbie."
