Grokster scorecard: what theories of liability do the amici endorse?

Jonathan Band, a copyfightin' lawyer from Morrison & Foerster, has created a great roundup of the amicus briefs in Grokster, the Supreme Court case where EFF will argue the right of P2P developers to make tools without having to anticipate and prevent copyright infringement in their designs. The highlight of this is a chart in which the various positions of each of the amici is summed up on a grid. You can't tell the players without a scorecard. 460K PDF Link
