"Tokyo Damage Report, the guy who did the Japanese fetish glossary, is compiling a 'wacky things to see in Tokyo' guidebook with address AND directions. Includes a gangsta barber, punk venues, a 'maniac bar,' and the advice: 'if there is a guy from Nigeria telling you about a sex-bar, it is not one.
