The Pocket Dentist is a Swiss Army Knife for your mouth:

This neat little smile enhancer tucks in purse, pocket, or keychain. Compact tool looks like a mini pocket knife, but opens to reveal a tiny magnifying mirror, between-teeth pick, scaler, interdental brush, plastic toothpick, and a small tongue scraper. Stainless steel; only 2.5" long.
