No more dry mouth
Developed by researchers at Israel's Assuta Medical Centers, the Saliwell Crown is an electronic tooth implant that stimulates saliva production. Diseases like AIDS, Parkinson's, and some antidepressants and chemotherapy can cause brutal dry mouth that inhibits speech and sleep. The device contains a wetness sensor, microchip, and electrodes that zap the lingual nerve to trigger saliva production.
