Wachowski bros lose IP lawsuitBoingBoing reader Olga says,
The makers of "Matrix" and "Terminator" sued for copyright infringment, and lost! Apparently the the Wachowski brothers didn't actually create the Matrix trilogy. The real creator won a lawsuit in October, recovering damages from all three films including the Terminator series.Link
