Some kids in Seattle were using this sign earlier this year -- see the photo accompanying this article (Link, also mentioned on the seattle metroblog). There was also a rash of 'hit a street kid in the face with a pie' franchises around town earlier in the year. I wonder if that network expanded, too?"
