More information on the bill, and contact information for Pennsylvania's governor, are here: LinkThe Pennsylvania Senate has just passed a bill that would limit the ability of municipalities to build alternative broadband networks and challenge the incumbent's (Verizon's) dominance of broadband in the state.
The bill is on the governor's desk and he is balking at signing it because of the restriction. People can contact him and urge him to veto it.
