Illinois Considers "Official State Beverage"


New York City is making $126 million in a deal to sell Snapple in public schools, and now -- the state of Illinois is considering licensing the rights to its name on an official state beverage. Why stop there? "The Big Apple" shouldn't be the only metropolis with a snack food nickname. Maybe Illinois should be, like, the "fruit roll-up" state.
