Cows against public indecency
The mayor of the Dutch town Spaarnwoude has invited a herd of cattle to graze in a nature reserve to deter people from having too much splendor in the grass:
"Visitors experience great annoyance from people having sex in public, and apparently the presence of the cows turns people off having sex," she said.Most people, anyway. Link
