Cellphone jammer

The SH066P Personal Cell Phone Jammer is disguised as a phone, has an effective radius of 10-15 yards, and comes in US and worldwide frequency-flavors. They're illegal to use in most places, but (usually) not illegal to possess, build or sell. I'm as bugged by mobile abuse as the next person, but using one of these strikes me as a much greater breach of the social contract than talking too loudly or subjecting your coachmates to the default Nokia ring.
