It's a good week in writing-land for me. A week after my
first novel came out, it's had nearly 50,000 downloads. Yesterday, Salon published my WiFiSciFi story,
Liberation Spectrum. Now, my
editor has sent me this comp of the early design for the cover of my
next novel, "Eastern Standard Tribe," which is tentatively scheduled for next fall. You can read an
excerpt of the book that Mindjack published last year, while I was working on it (there's also a
Wired article I wrote on the subject), or just admire the brilliant cover design which the award-winning art-director at Tor, Irene Gallo, put together.
