Crossed wires driving a woman mad

A woman in Seattle has had her number cross-wired with a Chicago car repair center, which means that she ends up fielding hundreds and hundreds of calls from frustrated motorists at all hours. No one can figure out why her number is being reached when people dial the garage, but she's loathe to change it, since her disabled daughter takes a very, very long time to learn new phone numbers.
